(TKI) announced today Kevin Boltz, general manager of supply chain and a senior member of Jupiter Sulphur, LLC’s management team, has been promoted to Senior Vice President for MPR Services, Inc. MPR Services is TKI’s business unit serving gas treating systems in refineries, gas plants, ammonia plants, steel manufacturing and LNG facilities throughout the world.

MPR Services, Dickinson, Texas (MPR), Gulf Technologies Holding Company WLL and TESSENDERLO NL HOLDING BV, BREDA, Netherlands, announced today the formation of MPR Services Middle East WLL (MME), a jont venture located in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

MPR Services, Dickinson, Texas and JET Oil Solutions (JET) of Salt Lake City, Utah have formed Environmentally Clean Systems (ECS), a joint venture, serving the oil and gas industries providing water treatment for produced, frac, flowback and black water.
